On the 9th day of Christmas my true love gave to me...!

...Nine ladies dancing? What lucky bloke got them for Christmas?... And from a very generous and understanding lover! Apparently the lovely ladies represent Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self Control. Everyone try to remember that when you're belting out the song (with all the wrong words) from the corner of your local pub! We'll be listening!! ;0) Anyway, we're 9 days in with our advent calendar and fortunately there is a bit of news to share! A few years ago, an old song of ours called "Screaming Surrender" was given a big push by Sony/BMG and went flying round the world. It found it's way onto many different adverts, radio and TV programmes such as Heroes and Neighbours and was a free song supplied with Phillips MP3 players! The song took on a life of it's own and ended up being covered by a contestant on Pop Idol in Finland after this following advert was aired for several months...!

So... the good news is that we're finally making plans to go to Finland for a few shows next year! We've been trying to get out there for a while because we know people are waiting to hear us after getting to know the song! It looks like it's going to be a busy one next year as we're also going to Germany, L.A and Asia! All this travelling is doing wonders for mine and Ad's fear of flying! Seriously though... How does something that big stay up in the air!? Extraordinary! ;0)

Here's a reminder of the live acoustic version that we filmed with our good friend Sam Bond... A very talented chap I'm sure you'd agree! Enjoy and we'll catch you tomorrow!

Lots of love,
